Next Level Skillnet can offer fee subvention (financial assistance) to employees whose fees are being paid by their Company i.e. being paid directly by the company or employee is paying fees and being reimbursed upon successful completion of the course.

Our aims

We aim to be able to offer our members:

  • Bespoke accredited courses
  • 1 and 2 day programmes
  • Devise programmes that can be delivered via classroom or distance learning, i.e. webcast, podcast, and other such technologies.
  • Ensure our training is specially organised in response to our member’s needs.

Next Level Skillnet is co-funded by Skillnet Ireland and member companies to offer a range of training that addresses our members skills needs.

Employment Activation Programme

Next Level Skillnet focusses on supporting those in employment within a variety of different sectors/regions. A number of other Skillnet Networks participate in the Skillnet Ireland Employment Activation programme. This initiative is designed exclusively for unemployed people and includes free training in skills in demand by companies combined with direct access to employers through meaningful work placements.

Management Development

Enhancing management capacity, particularly in SMEs, is a national policy imperative and a major priority for Skillnet Ireland and their Networks.  The Management Development Programmes are available to take businesses to the next level.
