This free workshop is designed to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure that all engagements are based on an acceptable & professional basis, that respects the brand, policies and people of the organisation and will prompt all attendees to evaluate how their behaviour, communications or interactions might be interpreted by others.
