This set of three workshops are designed to support three different tiers of employees within a medium to large sized organisation.

Course Description

Delivered virtually via Zoom this set of three workshops is designed to support three different tiers of employees within a medium to large sized organisation.  Session 1 is aimed at the Senior Leadership Team, those responsible for ‘Signposting’ change, Session 2 is designed for the Middle Management layer, responsible for managing and supporting change and Session 3 has been specifically designed for non-managerial/all staff members.  This session has been created to allow those in non-managerial roles to understand the impact of change at an individual level, and to develop practical skills to help self-management and individual performance levels during times of operational and organisational change.

The content will specifically help each group of attendees to build on their current understanding of the impact of change on the organisation, and on its teams and culture.  Participants will be engaged in a highly interactive session which will demonstrate how to take a proactive approach to navigating through change.

Each workshop session will be 2 hours in duration and run from 09.30 am to 11.30 am on Thursday 26th November, Thursday 3rd December and Wednesday 9th December.

Who is the course for

The course is run in three individual modules.  Module 1, aimed at the Senior Leadership team, Module 2 at the Middle Management layer, and Module 3 at the general employee/individual contributor and junior levels within the organisation.

Course Content

Module 1: Leading Through Cultural Change

Audience: Senior Leadership Team Members and SME Business Owners

Objectives:  By the end of this session, attendees will have learned how to:

  1. Assess the impact of cultural change within the organisation using the 3-S model of cultural change and how this applies to their business

  2. Create a high-level plan focusing on addressing immediate gaps in the cultural change support mechanisms with the organisation and understand where the immediate next steps lie, post-session

  3. Understand the ‘shared language’ opportunities which will emerge after their key team members attend sessions 2 and 3 and identify methods in which to capture these learning’s.

Module 2 Supporting Others Through Cultural Change

Audience: Management, Middle Management and Team Leaders

Objectives:  By the end of this session, attendees will have learned how to:

  1. Assess the impact of cultural change within the organisation using the 3-S model of cultural change and how this applies to their business

  2. Identify the elements of a strong management team in navigating through change and providing support and direction to others to facilitate the achievement of key result areas.

  3. Devise a high-level plan to support self and team development, supporting the achievement of 2021 key deliverables.

  4. Understand the ‘shared language’ opportunities which will emerge after their key team members attend sessions 3 and identify methods in which to capture these learning’s.

Module 3 Change Management and Me

Audience:  General employee level non-management, individual contributor and junior levels within the organisation.

Objectives:  By the end of this session, attendees will have learned how to:

  1. Understand the impact of change at an individual level and apply this to their own experience of Covid-related change in recent times

  2. Identify opportunities to increase self-awareness in relation to the impact of change, and understand how these insights can improve personal performance and individual well-being over time.

  3. Devise a high-level plan to support personal development and identify opportunities for communicating these needs within their team structure.
